Job role: Kitchen Porter
Salary: £10 per hour
Location: Richmond, London
Working hours: around 30 hours per week
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Kitchen Porter for a family-owned Michelin star restaurant in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to express your interest in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
Unload food and equipment deliveries.
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed.
The successful candidate should have:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter within the hospitality industry.
A keen eye for detail to always ensure a clean kitchen environment.
Communication skills - verbal and written- to ensure clear communication.
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Kitchen Porter within Hospitality Industry

Good organizational skills
The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
Patience and cool-headedness
Monday and Tuesday – Off
Wednesday: only dinner service
Thursday, Friday and Saturday: mixed doubles
Sunday: only lunch service
