Job role: Food & Beverage Manager 

Salary: Permanent role - £27K 

Working hours: around 40 hours per week  

Location: Chipping Campden (North Cotswolds)

Our client is looking for an experienced F&B Manager/Restaurant Manager for their established hotel in Chipping Campden. This is an excellent opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to express their interest in customer service and professional skills in a dynamic and high-profile environment. 


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products 
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations 



  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waiting staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Acute financial management skills 
  • Strong leadership, motivation and people skills
