Our Client a Prestigious, Private Members’ club in London has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time (40 hours per week) Bartender.
The Bartender will be responsible for making and serving drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Continuously replenish stock and clean all parts of the bar that are on show. Constantly talks to customers, to find out their needs or to simply socialise. Processes customers' payments.
This split shift role will be required to work shifts covering the lunch (approximately 11 am to 3pm) and dinner (approximately 6pm to 10pm) services. The Club's restaurants and bars are not open at the weekend currently, but we have regular weekend activities and events, so this role is required to work 5 out of 7 days.
The Bartender role comes with:

Contract type: Permanent, full time - 40 hours a week.
Salary: £11.05 - £12.00 per hour + bonus and service charge

Requirements for the role:
To succeed, you’ll need to be able to work seamlessly with a range of other departments as well as your colleagues, and communicate effectively with Members, so teamwork and a fluent level of English are key.
This is a role that involves a lot of time on your feet and may involve carrying heavy trays, glasses or pushing a heavy trolley’s, so would be best suited to someone physically fit and reasonably strong. Ideally, you will also have:
Excellent communication skills and a good level of spoken and written English.
A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude and demeanour
The ability and desire to provide exceptionally high levels of customer service to create exceptional experiences.
Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Previous experience in a similar position and organisation.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
